Hanzo isn't taller than Asa, but it's confirmed that Adult Hanzo is 5'8" and Genji is gestimated at 5'7". This is based on their heights and statues respective to the adults in the image. It's clear that Hanzo is about 14-15, making Genji 11-12, and Kiriko looks like she's no younger than 4, but likely around 6.

In practice, based on what we know about Mercy's timeline, Genji was likely closer to 21 at the time that Hanzo tried to kill him, and the minimum age gap then expands to 14, making her 21 and Genji likely having known her since he was roughly 16-18- again, calendars make things awkward. Close enough to the 10-year estimate you give, and that means that she met Genji when she was around 4 and he was around 15 (+/- 1 year in all directions due to how calendars work). Let's say he also gets right to work and dismantles the Shimadas immediately, giving us a minimum age gap between Genji and Kiriko of 11 years, making Kiriko at most 24. So off the bat we know Genji likely wasn't dismantling the Shimadas after his 'death' as a young teenager, so let's say he was at least 18 when he got 'killed'.
